The Symbiant audit action tracker, is a stand alone module, that enables you to log and manage your audit actions.
You can add new issues via the system, or import them from spreadsheets.
You can limit, user permissions to ownership, or division. Ensuring people can only see, what you want them to see.
Tracker includes a one click, overdue action filter, so you can see issues that need immediate attention.
You can also use any of the charts to apply filters, to view a subset, or locating specific data.
The columns also allow you to use, type and match filters, to locate the corresponding data.
The issue form, can be customised to your exact needs and use your own termanology.
Issues can have owners, who are responsible for managing the item.
Documents can also be attached, and include details about the file.
Actions can be linked to recommendations, so if an issue has several parts, the actions can be logically grouped together.
Whilst the audit log reports on all the changes users make, for convenience, the user display keeps the original action due dates, with the action details.
Actions can be assigned to multiple users. When you assign an action the user receives an email informing them of the action and it’s details.

Action assignees can only see the actions they have been assigned too, and they can only view, whatever issue details you require them to see.
The assignee interface has been carefully designed to make updating an action, intuitive and simple.
Users can attach supporting documentation with their responses, and include details and an explanation about each document.
They can also let you know, when they have completed the task.
When an assignee updates an action, an automated email can notify managers or other users who need to be kept informed of progress.

The manager can then read the users update, and view any attachments.
If required the manager can remove the completed status, and add a response to the assignees update. This can trigger automated email notices so the relevant users are aware.
If the manager is happy the action has been completed, they can mark the action as implemented. This stops any reminder emails being sent out, and shows it as a completed action in the performance reports.
